Character Design
My favorite thing to do is to imagine different lives and routines. This is the main starting point for me. These characters/personas are a representation of the diverse features I found in the Middle East while living there.
These are some character studies for a personal project.
I find Arabic features so interesting that I can draw them all day.
A mix of different styles: I like to challenge myself and create something out of my comfort zone.
Sketchbook
I like to draw ideas and practice with some references but I also love to paint some things freely
without any constraints. Drawing plants is something therapeutic to me and I try to experiment
with different mediums like gouache and Copic markers whenever time I can.
Digital Painting
I wanted to learn more about the digital painting medium and technique so I painted some faces from references and experimented with my own drawings as well.
